MAJ Kyle F. McCarter is a Military Intelligence Officer serving as the Chief of Staff for the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center, U.S. Army Pacific. He has spent much of his career overseas in multinational missions and organizations. Three of his five deployments were during OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM in Afghanistan as a Lieutenant in a Light Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
