The CSA delivers a message to lieutenants-to-be
Last Friday, the Chief of Staff published an article with MWI entitled, Three Qualities of Good Leaders: A Message for New Lieutenants from the Chief of Staff of the Army.
Throughout his article, the CSA discusses the dynamic future of warfare juxtaposed with the consistent cornerstones of combat: physical and mental toughness. He breaks down keys to success with three essential tenants:
Immerse yourself in your craft
Focus on the here and now
Be a phenomenal teammate
